Materials and Care 

The outer layer is made of medical-grade waterproof PU. The included cotton insert is machine washable. To clean the blanket, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water. 

How to use 

Place the blanket on a flat surface. Plug it in and select your desired heat level (1-9) and timer duration (up to 60 minutes). Lie down inside, zip up, and relax. After use, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and let the cotton insert air dry.
