About Biohacs Founder
Hi, I’m Mike, and I’m the founder of Biohacs. My passion for training, movement, and overall well-being inspired the brand’s vision. With a lifelong commitment to physical activity, I enjoy a wide range of pursuits, including martial arts, strength training, yoga, sea swimming, running, mountain biking, and hiking. Alongside my passion for fitness, I also. have a deep interest in spirituality, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.
I have previously founded an open water swimmer’s community group and an MMA and Jiu-jitsu club as a Community Interest Company in Scotland, where I was head coach for 3 years before returning to the South Coast of the UK. I have a DipHE in Health Sciences, a BSc (Hons) in Digital Media Development, and am a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Now in my 50s, I have developed a strong appreciation for the importance of recovery and regeneration. Maintaining performance, mobility, and balance has become essential to continuing the activities I love, driving my interest in advanced recovery, wellness, and biohacking technologies. The aim of biohacs is to provide a complete one-stop shop for all of your biohacking and recovery needs.
