How to Use

1. Position the panel approximately 10–30cm from the area you wish to target.
2. Select RED, NIR, or both together.
3. Set your session time using the control panel or remote.
4. Relax and remain still during your session.

For most users, we recommend starting with 10–15 minutes per session, around 3–5 times per week.

As with most recovery tools, consistency matters. Red light therapy works best when used regularly as part of your routine.
